RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Essence Extensions Product Policy

Due to the nature of our products, ALL items are non-refundable and non-returnable. We stand behind our products and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so if for any reason you are not, please contact us at info@essenceextensions.com.

If there is an error with your order, all items must be returned in its original condition and packaging to receive refund or exchange for correct order.

All payments made for classes (virtual and in-person) are non-refundable.

Any issues must be communicated via email within 72 hours of receipt info@essenceextensions.com.

 

Essence Beauty Academy Class Policy

Payment Policy:

1. Registration Deposit: To secure your spot in class, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the course.

2. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full the day of class, upon arrival. Failure to pay the remaining balance by this deadline will result in forfeiture of your deposit and your spot in the class.

Attendance Policy:

1. Class Attendance: Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled class sessions. Please arrive on time to ensure you do not miss important instructional content.

2. Late Arrival/Early Departure: If you arrive late or leave early, you may miss critical information and practice time. No make-up sessions will be provided for missed time.

Refund Policy:

1. Non-Refundable Deposit: The registration deposit is non-refundable.

2. Course Cancellation: If Essence Beauty Academy cancels the course, a full refund, including the deposit, will be issued to all registered students. 

3. Student Cancellation: If a student cancels their registration for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.

By registering for a class at Essence Beauty Academy, you agree to the above policies.
